Through a combination of inhouse capability and strategic alliances, AME provides fast track and large scale steel fabrication services. AME can supply fabricated steel to clients specifications, or provide complete solutions comprising detailed engineering, drafting and steel fabrication.

Fabrication for the offshore industry requires a high level of quality control and traceability. In accordance with AME’s ISO 9001 accreditation, AME has prequalified a number of preferred fabricators that can meet AME’s exacting standards.

AME’s ISO accreditation extends to offshore fabrication where AME self-performs site fabrication and installation work, using AME owned tools and equipment.

In addition, through AME’s alliance partners, AME can undertake large scale fabrication projects in Western Australia and overseas.

AME’s commitment to always meeting client schedules has resulted in AME developing systems to complete phased fabrication, whereby engineering design and fabrication is matched to the schedules critical path.

AME have completed a large variety of fabrication projects, from offshore rated baskets and lift frames, through to MODU deck extensions and texas decks.
