The integrity of offshore production assets relies on systematic maintenance, both in routine and in campaign. In order to minimize production downtime many offshore facilities require maintenance work to be undertaken simultaneously with production operations. AME have extensive experience working on live facilities and under permit to work systems.

Maintenance activites vary significantly in complexity and duration. Maintenance may involve the simplest of activities such as spot paint repairs. In contrast, maintenance activities may include servicing of production critical systems.

Although a large amount of information on offshore maintenance exists, it is spread across multiple sources, such as industry codes, recommended practices, company procedures and vendor documentation.

AME can provide personnel and equipment to complete client specified maintenance activities. Alternatively in conjunction with stakeholders AME can develop maintenance schedules to protect and guarantee longevity of offshore equipment and structures, and provide resources to manage and implement maintenance plans.
